read earlier posts, many got their money back (not full amount but 64k)
even in the selection letter, its not written anywhere that the amount is non-refundable, so if we sue them later, we have a strong case.
it is nowhere in "written". they are just saying it.
so, we have good chance of getting money back.
i have sent the money (had no option left otherwise)
now, waiting for SITM and BIMM result.
what abt u ? (yes, 80k is too much but if u don't have any other option then what ? n we have good chance of getting money back)
there is one more point
the supreme court had passed an order telling colleges to wait till result of all colleges are declared and they are asking money earlier, so......its a point we can use in our case
can anyone shed some more light on the matter ??

Ya its true they havn't written any where but still i asked 1 of my cousin 2 speak wid the authority personally so after the result i'll pay.... coz these ppl are not very trust worthy. I'm waiting 4 my SIMS n SIMC results which wil b out after mar 14th.
About the supreme court order i've no idea abt it but it'll b greatful if sme1 gve more info abt this matter

No i didn't say that i won't pay i'll definitely pay b4 14th mar but i shud noe their confirmation abt refund of the money

Hi,

i just gone through the postings but bad thing is its hard that i didnt understand few things here can any body please solve my queries

1) i applied for icfai fleximode mba i paid 30k for group A , B and C and i got the books and i attempted Group A and i failed

2) can i get my amount refund from icfai if i cancel my education and reprovide there material and all thing?
