Dont be so Happy abuot some one filling RTI to refund our money i.e. 80K.
Lets get ur facts straight
A) IBS hyderbad doest not get any grants from UGC so the rulling which says al universities with UGC grant had to refund the money and keep only 1k as cancellation charges will not be applicable to IBS
B) I am not 100% sure but i heard they are charging rs. 80000/- not as admission fees but charges as some "Pre MBA Fee(which include laptop)" so there is not question of refund

So all of you who are thinking for legal option please read and be very very sure before taking icfai to court.....

Please go through earlier posts..and for your kind information ICFAI-HYD is under UGC grant..and it is being displayed on the website and when you will call IBS they willl also say that they are under UGC..

IBS hyd is UGC recognized but wat abt other IBS campus i think its not recognized....so the money will not b refundable....nyway i caled up ibs office 2day they tld me its not refundable n we hav to pay the money other wise our seat will go 2 waiting list canditate :sad:
I asked him 2 gve me atleast two day time coz my other college result will b out on 16 MAR:sad:

They didn't agree....even they didn't agree wen i tld him i'll pay 50% of the amt...
So i think there's no option left other than paying the full 80k

i sent them the DD yesterday.
many students have got their money back so i too hope of getting it back if i get selected anywhere else.

u shud decide it by urself.
two of my freinds got selected in BIMTECH and they say its not a good college as what they think.
one of them has appeared for IMT (result not out) and other has converted CHRIST.
both say even if they gets into BIMTECH they will not take it.

thank you ankur,thats why they are chasing students who had given post dated cheques even if the student is not continuing his studies . Still i feel there should be a way out for these people.Is any one came out of this pdc problem please let others to know how to come out of it. Thanks again.

hey ru sure they got their money back....coz i caled up IBS office but they they said its not refundable n i think i'll pay by 2morow or day after not yet decided....80k is too much yaar.....hope even i'll get bac
