Just realized that I will be in a fix.
DMS has asked to pay-up by 23rd and SJMSOM will come up with WL status on 25th. So, will have to pay-up.
DMS mentions two DDs :
i. The first installment of Institute dues (First semester of 2008-09) amounting Rs 36,735 (Rupees thirty six thousand seven hundred and thirty five) for general category. The fee is to be deposited through bank draft made in favour of “Registrar, IIT Delhi” payable at Delhi.
ii. A Draft of Rs.10000/ in favour of ‘Management Systems Society’. This is the membership fee for every student to become a member of the ‘Management Systems Society’ of the Department. The fee is one time payment and
non-refundable..
It also says that "Withdrawal from the Programme on or before 26.7.2008 will imply refund of fees after deducting Rs. 1,000/-. For any withdrawal after 26.7.2008 only Rs.2000/- security deposit will be refunded."
So, someone withdrawing admission before 26/07 and after 23/04 would loose Rs. 11,000/- !!!
Is this correct? Can any senior at DMS confirm the same?
