In most hostels, PG students get single rooms. In some of the older hostels you may have to share a room, just for the first sem. So do not worry..

Got thru...My best convert of season after rejections from FMS and a waiting in IIT bombay..very relieved now...

Plz clarify on the following points.... It will be of gr8 help for waitlisted ppl like me


Batch 2008-10:

1. No. of seats available for general category out of total allocated seats ( i.e., 60 + 15)
2. No. of confirmed calls given in first list for General Category


Batch 2007-09:

1. No. of seats available for general category
2. No. of confirmed calls given for General category in 1st list
3. Last waitlist no. to be offered a confirmed seat


Any figures/data on the above said points without any ambiguity will be very helpful for the waitlisted candidates....

So do we need to wait for the Offer Letter before we send the DDs, if not what else do we need to specify on the DDs for identification.

I just called up DMS office and talked to Mr. Samir Bose.
He said that the offer letters were dispatched on friday and they will reach soon.
If u have not received them you can send ur drafts without the entry no.
Just mention your JMET registration number.
He also said that if u are an outside delhi student send an application for the hostel now itself
