he guys......just called the office.......They said the downloaded copy is ok........so all of us who haven't got the letters yet can send the filled downloaded copy with other documents.......so guys chill

Hello Frds

Sorry to create confusion. But IIT ppl told me that you cnt download it and send it across.

What you can do is that Once you get the letter you can fax it to them. Telling them that You are sending DD and Rank card through speed post.

Now We can do one thing..

Because of the fact that all the letters are same.
Let one person who has received it fax the letter to me. I ll fax it to everyone who needs it from my office.

And after filling it we can fax it to doms. And send rest of the stuff by courier.

So who so ever has received it Kindly Fax . That will solve lots of issues for everyone

well vikas it's a bit confusing as i have called them 2 times and both time they said it will be fine.......i think u can do that too by calling at the no. mentioned in the previous posts...

You think the format present on the thread is the right one??

If you want to use the downloaded one its better to get it from sm1 through Fax.

Take a print and send is across and at the same time send a fax to them that you are accepting the offer.
