If u r sending it todat don't worry......even if u send it tomorrow it will definately reach by friday provided u send via the renowned courier comps like blue dart or dtdc etc........so don't worry......

In the acceptance letter, it is mentioned:
With reference to your letter No , ACD/PG/MBA/2008....
Now is this letter no. unique for each selected individual or it is general ACD/PG/MBA/2008?
kINDLY clarify this point ASAP as m planning to send the details 2day irrespective of whether i receive the surface mail or not.

Called up IITM to get the exact details
the person on the number gave me these details
Draft in favour of
"The Registrar, IIT Madras"
Payable at
"Chennai"
Amount
"Rs 56,100"
and i asked what if i am not able to get the draft made on time as i hav not received d mail.
He said e-mail that you are accepting the offer to
cacad@iitm.ac.in
which i will do as soon as i get the offer letter and have a reference number.

This is absolutely right....I have done the same...
And I even called them to ask if it has to be a nationalized bank.. ?
They said YES...
ICICI is not valid...
Try UCO bank or something...

I doubt if it is mentioned in the letter...
