if yes then ppl with ranks after 100/110 may be turned down, that includes me as well...

(but again thats purely my "statistical forecast")

seniors plz tell is there any loan facility available at iitr........? and please throw light on placements for this yr and what was the lowest pkg accepted this yr.................

I dont know whether the DD's recevied were of general category people. I just enquired about the possibility of my conversion and he asked me to make analysis by myself by providing me with the no. of confirmations. Ha yes he asked my rank,so may be he might have told the no. of general category confirmations.

It has been 10 days from the last day of fee submission. But still.. no updates about wait list movement. Seniors, atleast tell us how long will it take..

We apologize for not being able to provide u with the updates....the ongoing end sem exams have really made our schedules extremely tight...however...v wud try to extract some info frm the admissions office 2mrw n let u all knw...!

hey guys!!!atlast made it to IIT ROORKEE..2nd list has been released and last rank that is offered admission is 87.. i called the department concerned, and this information is 99.9% authentic..so my hearty congratulations to all those who have made it to an institute of such prestige..

just loving the way things have taken place..
