Had called the office. They said my DD has been received by them. But still wont we get any confirmation mail from the admission committee.

Hi Buddy

The admissions committee confirmation mail will be sent a couple of days after the last date of fee payment. Thats because the DD is not sent to SOM directly but to the admissions office, which probably sends a consolidated list to SOM.
Also, till the time of registration the email shd serve as the receipt of fees.(I think!!)

Just had a talk with an official at sjmsom, he says its very unlikely that any more waitlisters wud be cleared, though he didnt say that all seats are full

Hi Puys,

I had called up the SJMSOM office just now asking them whether any waitllisters would be called or not after this.. They replies that only by Friday they could give calls. Not before that...

The third wait list for SJMSOM is out & selected candidates have been informed via email (since no mail bounced, i guess they shall have received it). The snail mails have also been sent.

Their status would be updated on website within couple of days. ( have not been updated yet)

There is no movement in general category

Whether there will be a fourth list or whether general category wait list will move or not....... Frankly no one (even the people who clear the short list) can give firm answer like yes or no for this, as it depends on many factors....
