Hey guys me not through. congrats to all those who got through. The one thing i dont understand is that why results so early after iit-iisc pact of results after 7 april. other iits would come only after 7 april and iims on 11. as last date is on 11 april no choice for canditates but to submit fee. it is possible this way(especially because of iim result) that even out of 20 seats few remain vacant because as far as i know they wont give second wait list.
seniors r requested to bring this matter to the notice of concerned authorities.

anyways my heartiest congrats to all selected. its time 4 parties and treats.

I remember the dean mentioning in the presentation that there are no 'waiting lists' for IISc.

But thru this foum i request atleast guys staying in/near to Blore to wait till APR 7 to pay their fee.

First of all, declaration of results lie in the hands of the admissions department headed by the deputy registrar. Its their own decision to declare the results early or late. That too i feel it is very much fair to declare the results when u know that the no of students to be selected is very less. IISc, i feel, doesnt want its prospective candidates to wait for long before they lose interest in this institute. Also as a future manager, u should be clear and very fast in taking decisions - whether to accept the offer or reject.
