Hey Guys n gals!
Congratz to those who got selected in IMT Dubai batch of 2008-10 can discuss things related to admissions, fees etc. over here. Also how many would actually be going there.

Hey Nikhil,

Me too will be joining the class of 2010....

Wel Couple of Q's on my mind..

1) What is the process to be followed for wire transfer of funds...???really no idea about it so would be gald if anyone can throw some light on it...

2)The confirmation letter says that we have to confirm our admission by 3rd of april by faxing a confirmation letter is there any format to be followed or just simply a yes from us will do..??

Any Help Will be appreciated..

Answers of yr queries

1. Wire transfer is nothing but transfer of money thru internet in a safe way I guess. I think we can do this by asking someone from western union money transfer. They would surely like to increase their clientèle. Moreover keep in mind the SWIFT CODE that is given in the bottom left corner of the sheet which has fees details.

2. Yes you just have to fax them that you r going to join or not (I called them up n asked).

Well the only worry for me is that the loan for this purpose will not be sanctioned this quickly. Coz AED 51675 comes out to somewhere 5.7 lcs, its really difficult for me to get that kinda money so quickly. I called them and told this query, n they said the date can be extended. I hope they give this in writing....

Rightly said,the amount is large and the time is less..

no bank will sanction us loan this early...

do u have some banks in mind or u too have to start your loan search...?

I called the number and the person told me that I have been selected.
I didnt get the post yet....
So dont know the authenticity of the information....
Those who got the letter by courier can you tell me what is the information in that letter?
I am in two minds abt joining ....
Have concerns abt the fees...
Any deadline for submitting the fees?

Well, my mom is in bank(bank of india), working as an officer. But even though she is a staffer over there, its still a long process mate. The only benefit being the rates are less for the staffers.

hi rakesh,

U will get ur letter for sure,donn worry..

infor mation in the letter that you have been selcted.

u have to confirm ur admission by sending a fax to them,tellin them of ur willingness by 3rd of april.

and secondly 14th april is the last date to submit fess which is arond 5lac and seventy thousand.
