I'm going for TAPMI. After a week's dilemma i've finally decided. Asking for a refund from LIBA. Expecting an answer today from them

Hey Juniors,

I posted this on the admissions thread also, but it seems this thread is more active so here goes... how come so less you online... get the others too...

Its good that you are setting up groups on orkut and the likes. But one of you also make a yahoo group and invite all your batch mates (restrict access to people not from liba), as the yahoo group is what we historically use to make announcements, upload files, create databases and the likes...

And also, apart from questions about certificates, accommodation and safety(!!!!) there has not been anything different from you guys. Your life here will involve more than that, i assure you.

Start asking about the places to eat, to drink , to chill, where to go for movies...

SPJIMR Final list of selected candidates was released yesterday...Didnt make it...Will be paying my liba fees today...Hope to meet you all at liba on the 9th of june..

Creamy Inn: good place for ice cream and just general chilling

Kutty's: Food, Chai and Suttah, Juice...

Sachin Da Dhaba, Galloping Gooseberries, Fishermans Fare, SPARKY's... - good places for food... in and around college

Pratap, Tulashi - this is where you find a lot of your seniors on most saturday nights... and even most other nights.. these are our regular haunt watering holes.

TASMAC - when you really wanna drink but dont hav moolah for a bar... these are liquor shops.
