Well i feel that a new post is a better option. It becomes really difficult to notice that a post has been EDITED and when you have multiple editions...

well you really need to remember the last time at which the post was edited in order to notice that it's been edited again.

So I guess... we shall post the new list... it's better and easily noticeable.

It's ok guys... you both are correct in your own way... so peace from both sides. We need good info instead of masala posts here. Keep on doing the hard work and posting new info here. I am posting this really late and don't even know the status of admissions and wait list. However if this helps someone who is waitlisted,.... had converted PMIR and not joining. Joining NMIMS instead. (Again... if a wait list has already been declared, then this info is useless.)

Just called XLRI..a lady told me the waitlist is still in 20s..and since i am in 30s i need to wait.. :(
When will this wait end ???!!! I want to hear those words soon...

From last year's thread: "They give out WL in batches. The larger the batch the easier it is for them. They don't just put a cross in front of the name, they have to process the cancellations."

Also last year people took their own time applying for refund.

I'd say give it a couple more days brother, you're in a safe region.

@everyone: One source says WL has moved till 25, and then WL 25 is still waiting. Confusion eh? m.i.stupid.or ... this is the confusion I was talking about, I hope you understand it now brother. Peace.

Ur suggestion is welcome, but as manan has already explained, he only had a maximum of 10 options to fill. So he made the poll according to his ability...

Now, we r not using it... As you may see from some previous posts, we r checking out the status of each puy with xl call separately...

Puys, sorry for being skeptical, but according to last year's thread, the waitlist movement showed negligible movement (of 1 or 2) after 11th May... I know it sounds horrid, but its a fact !!

Hi Puys,

Had gone thru the last years thread today.Found some useful info:
BM: As was the case in previous years ,it was expected tht the BM WL wud move atleast beyond 50 n was going on the same lines wen suddenly it stuck to 43.A major reason was the lack of IIM WL movements coz Institute like IIMK and L had given a large number of confirmed calls and the Wl movement was nil their . This time though as I cud perceive thru IIM threads ,a lot of movement is expected so tht wud surely bring a lot of movement in XL surely.

PMIR-Last yr 12 ppl left PMIR for BM and further WL moved after the IIM's results came out.Also their were extremely few ppl who posted their PMIR vacancies as compared to BM.

Though above results may or may not hold true but I sincerely I hope tht the above holds true and all of us get our r dream colleges.
