Mate u are very right with your observation as i have seen IRMA from close quarter(my two close friends are IRMANS) and its true that except few most these people runs behind the money and package and curses the manageemnt for not allowing the MNCs for recruitment..............
Still i would say its one fo the best institute in india and would like to place it in the league of IIMs in terms of brand value even if you want big bucks you can close your eyes and join IRMA............there is a saying in irma "IRMANs are not brhind the money it does not means money is not behind the irmans " I am not sure about the first line but second line is certainly true
