Last date for everyone 1st or 2nd list to accept offers is 12th June, 2008. They are supposed to pay the full Trimester fees by then.

second list means waitlist 2...right? not the second revision of the present waitlist....

ya..if the first list is totally cleared then there will be chances for release of second WL...

donno the complete WL will clear or not....

Hi all,
I called up XIMB on Friday..
Got the info that till now (Friday afternoon) there were only two withdrawals...

As of now I am waitlisted at 4, hence can any one provide the info as of wen can i expect a status convert?
The fact that I have to serve a notice period of 30 days is bugging me....

Seniors plz give ur inputs......

Also I would request ppl who are in a plan of taking admissions in other colleges plz inform the XIMB office at the earliest..This would be a great help to the waitlisters...

Only 4 widrawals?? and we need atleast 16 for the waiting list to start moving :icon_frown::icon_frown::icon_cry:

I also have a one monthnotice period and m waitlisted @ 1....

acutally people start withdrawing after they get their postal conformation and not jus the internet conformation...so i think it takes bit more time...the same thing happened lastyear..coz the letter should reach their home.and also many institutes didnt release their revised lists...

hope everything happens fast...

ya....
now its all dependent on how sooner ppl withdraw their applications...
we can just pray ppl do it faster..

I would request all ppl who r in a plan of joining other colleges, please inform XIMB at the earliest so that it hepls waitlisters like us....

have some good news for all the puys who are waitlisted....
i will be withdrawing my admission as i have made it to IIT KGP....
hope this helps somebody...

it would be nice if someone could tell me the procedure for withdrawal... so that i can do it at the earliest....

Thats a great news for waitlisters.. I guess the process for withdrawal is very simple.. Call the admsn office and tell them reg ur non-acceptance.. Send them a e-mail and probably a faxed copy mentioning the same. Have seen in last year's thread that ur money is refunded pretty soon..

ATB for ur life in VGSOM..
