AFAIK, the coll will inform the students only if you move into the confirm list. Until then it is upto us to call them up and find out about our status.

Yes, ur right. Once a person gets a confirmed seat then the admissions office mails him/her abt this change and gives the guidelines of how to proceed with the admission formalities.

I think it might take a few more days.. Waitlist of other colleges havent started moving as far as I know. MDI and IIFT are still to take out their first list.. We should see some movement after they do so.. may 2-3 days after they decalre the list..

I think NITIE WL movement list would be out by now...MDI,IIFT,SJMSOM are yet to come...i think the whole process of this will take another 10days more.....

I called up XIMB 2days back ie on tuesday...

I asked "sir! is ther any movement in the waitlist?"

he said " no movement in the list"

I asked "sir! when can i call you agn to know about the movement?"

he said "end of the month" HANG UP!!!

i was about to asked about the effective WL thing...but by then he hung up...

so guys!! when ever u call ask him effective WL...

any news on XLRI WL movement? coz this effects our WL movement.....

put any other updates..
