We (Akil,Ragz n I ) keep dropping down here every now and then but we aren`t in a position to comment on the waitlist movement , coz we are doing our summers away from campus in diff cities so we aren`t able to get the info from the admissions office directly.

Personally , I believe the approx date would be approximately  4-5 days after the IIM results r announced.Might take a few more days too, coz people get a final IIM admit they generally get pretty laidback or busy with the IIM admission formalities, and go for a withdrawal of the fees, from other institutions where they had paid money to reserve a seat, towards the deadline date only.So, in this case the admissions people r not in a position to take out a confirmed list of the waitlist clearance. And after that date how much of money would u loose (I know before that date you will be loosing only 1000/-).

Hi All
well... I read sumwhere on dis thread that the waitlist upgradation would happen twice a week, is that so? I mean does anybody has any idea about this? and if yes, den wen is the next upgradation scheduled?
thnx in advance, frends m askng dis coz m waitlisted at 23 as per the new waitlist and i need to give atleast a month's notice in my company!!
