Confirmed Kenneth. I'm waiting only for the MDI letter to reach me after which I shall start my withdrawl process. My mentor told me that it takes about a week.

Updates: They said they will be puttin up the list today only with the new status. Confirmed candidated would be getting the hard copy in a a week's time.!

Newaz wishin All the luck in the world for Vamsi, george..and ppl who are looking 4 this insti.! Last time 1st movement was till 34, then finally waitlist was cleared till 86. So, u guys have all the reasons to be optimistic.

Thanks but if I'm nt wrong then a total of 16 people have to widraw admission for me to be considered... considering that they gave 15 buffer calls..

If you want to pay the first installment from the loan itself..U need to apply for the loan befrehand...fr which u ll have to travel to BBSR ....Otherwise ..u arrange for the first installment ...once u get the loan approved You can take the frst insatallment out...did u get the letter from SBI??

Dont worry guys , goin by the trend this year ..I guess the waitlist till 30-35 should get cleared if not more.Once the IIM results r out there would be a jump in the clearances.

We (Akil,Ragz n I ) keep dropping down here every now and then but we aren`t in a position to comment on the waitlist movement , coz we are doing our summers away from campus in diff cities so we aren`t able to get the info from the admissions office directly.

The initial waitlist movement has been quite an increase from last year and I guess once the IIMs publish their results ...it would go higher than last year`s clearance.
