I just called FMS. Thwey told that WL 2 in Gen had been cleared and the candidate has paid the fees.

There has been no further withdraw of admit yet.

People who have IIM converts, please withdraw before 12th May as that will help the WL movement to happen faster.

I would again request to all who have got admissions to IIMs or have converted other calls and are leaving FMS(FT or MS) please do it asap......This would be of great help to other candidates and save them a little bit of tension and apprehensions of waiting and watching...... Once again I request yoy guys to not delay the procedure if u have made up ur mind of leaving FMS.... Thanks in adavnce...... P.S: It would give us the true picture and help in deciding the future course of action......

One more candidate withdrew admission today, from what I heard. So w/L 3 moves up in the general category. Also w/l 1 in ST category is thru with another candidate opting out.

Thats a good news...finally some movement post IIM results. I expect that now FMS will call people as and when the seats are vacated and not wait for some cutoff date.

For e.g WL3 must be intimated by tomm with the seat offer and 14 days timeline.

This way the WL movement will be faster compared to the batch system as IIM ppl will withdraw seats mostly near 15th March (Non Delhi Junta) as they will be busy with their own admits currently.

i think the bulk of waiting list will be cleared after 19 or mostly after each IIM confirms tat fees has been paid or admission confirmed

Well I feel you shud call up FMS today and confirm the same. Also ask them when they will send the admit letter. This will clarify stuffs. Also inquire abt the current WL status in case anyone else have withdrawn.
