The certis are kept by the office. If you have to withdraw then come to FMS, get the admission cancelled and take the certis back. AFAIK, this cancellation thing can be done by someone else also. But it will be great if you call the authorities and check this up

ORIGINAL certis are kept by the office??!! Why would they do that? I have a B interview in between where I'll need to produce my Original Certis. Can someone pls confirm this retaining original certis thing. Sounds very strange. As it is i'll have to go to Delhi all the way from Mum to submit fees, and then if I opt out I'll have to make arrangements to get them back!!

Dude, I am confirming this Thats the way FMS operates and nothing can be done about it. Best would be depositing fees after your B interview if that is option or else call up the office and check up
