I know how it feels when there is no feedback from the colleges who don't take you. I had calls from XL etc, didn't make it and no feedback ofcourse. But you also have to understand that when you interview thousands of people, its impossible to give individual feedbacks, unless you ask them directly at the interview.

ok... i am also on the second short list.. although at first i thought i was on the second waiting list... now we have two holidays coming up so we can rack our brains to answer what all happened and the reasons for it.. saturday the official day to get some answers..
and congrats to all the people who have converted in the 1st go.. (hope you dont join  .... just kidding.)
