Friend....1st things first...top placing program is MBA(Gen.)...2nd place goes to MBA(IB)...
& rest are all alike.....If u really are in confusion..do luk if u have other colleges in hand..or otherwise simply call dem & ask placement report of Ur Specific program>>>

But d best way is to visit d campus & ask d seniors of ur programme>>>Afterall..ur it is point for ur Career

I also got selected for MBA (Marketing and Sales) in Amity.
I got the following information from amity online counselor.

Record MBA (General)
Maximum Package: 15 Lacs p.a.
Minimum Package: 3.60 Lacs p.a.
Average Package: 5 Lacs p.a.

Batch 2005-2007 MBA (International Business)
Maximum Package: 7.8 Lacs p.a.
Minimum Package: 4.0 Lacs p.a.
Average Package: 5.6 Lacs p.a.

Record MBA (Marketing & Sales)
Maximum Package: 7.8 Lacs p.a.
Minimum Package: 3.75 Lacs p.a.
Average Package: 4.25 Lacs p.a.

Record = From all the batches that has been passed out.

Since our batch will be 2008-2010, you make expect a rise in salary after 2 years due to inflation rate going high.

I will try to get the actual package for 2005-2007 batch for MBA (Marketing and Sales). Will post it here, soon.

After all it depends on you how much amount you can fetch in the package. After working 2-3yrs in the wild world of corporate sectors, your college degree and name will not be counted. It will be your caliber, ability, ideas and innovation that will counted. Whether you get a package of 2 Lacs or 20 Lacs after 4 years from now, it will all depend on how you want to draw the line of your career.

I had again a chat with the online counselor and he/she told me that Record itself means the last year batch 2005-2007. But I think its not correct. Has anyone talked with seniors of amity about the packages? So that we can get a real idea.

Hi friends,

I hv been selected for MBA(IB) in amity 2008-10 but i heard that the placement is not good as the students are more than 700 plus and 100% placement is not possibe and moreover the average package offered is 3-4 lacs,
The only other option left with me is **** which is not recognised and the fee is very high around 8 lacs
can anyone advice me sincearly what shall i do and what is the average placement for MBA(IB) in amity and if 100% placement is done
