Approx there are 590 applicants for MQ.[I had asked Mr. Shinde]
Going by probability every 3rd person after rank 300 has applied for MQ.
And it looks that every 2nd person who has applied is taking up the MQ seat.

Going by above calculations the MQ will be filled up at around rank 530.

So anyone beyond 530-540 should get a call only if there is a cancellation in MQ seat.

I am myself hanging at 541.

actually 1 in 5 beyond ranks 300 wud apply for MQ seats,based on last year stats..
And yes even assuming by ur own case - wherein MQ seats get stopped at rank 530 starting from 300 - see how many cancellations wud b there from ranks 300 to 450 if merit list movement were to move till rank-450 like last year..

but beyond all these calculations,i wud just say - one cud never predict if he/she is going to get a call based on some calculations as the final results are almost always random and unpredictable !!!

i wud just suggest every one to forget abt this for a while instead of worrying,waiting and all that.. if suddenly a convert call/mail suddenly comes up - it wud be the best surprise one cud ask for..

Movement is really slow and precarious this time !!!

I wanted to know about the procedure to apply for the mgmt quota in NMIMS. Is there a provision to apply for both open seats and mgmt quota in the form itself? If not, is there some other procedure..Please throw some light on this..Thanks

they are smart enough u fetch money from u ...... in fact incidences happened when people applied for mgmt quota and later found that they would have got seat without paying the amount .... they lost their money ..

dude,cn u giv d exact scenario wer d person has paid d money n lost it? coz as far as i kno, its categorically told (in case u happen 2 spk 2 ne1 frm adm dept.) dat if ur seat is converted frm MQ to merit, den ur balance amt ll b refunded..
n in case u thnk dat u hv a valid case, do enlighten us...
