my roomie a few days back got his seat converted to merit seat from MQ andf got his refund cheque... so process of conversion is going on though slow...
just relax and think positive....

hi today i enquired about the latest movement in the rankings... latest call stands at 414 for merit seat
and 578 (stuck there) for MQ
P.S:- 415 is an MQ and 409 didnt accept so there would be a movement in MQ seat and obviously one seat in merit.

I just wanted to clarify wether this movement is inclusive of the cancellations done after JB results?

MQ moves only if someone who had taken MQ earlier cancels his/her seat (which is rare case now)...o someone who took MQ earlier converts to merit now....now wen merit will reach 415 ...thats wen 415 will convert his/her MQ seat to merit...and thats wen next MQ will be called.

Also wen i called office on saturday evening that person said merit has reached 400...and by monday evening it had reached 414....now going by NM records 14 vacancies in one day is a little too much....so i feel after 400 till 414...most of them have not accepted the NM offer, coz mabbe they got thru some other college already. This is wat i think.

i have sent an application today for cancellation of my admission for management quota seat in nmims. so cheers guy more cancellations must be waiting
