When u arrive


·At the time of registration, you will be provided with Programme Schedule, NMIMS note book, pen, cap, tie / scarf. T shirt will be distributed later on. The particulars of the tailor/s to stitch your blazer will also be provided on this day.
·Each class will be of 90 minutes duration, and there will be 30 hours of class room inputs per course.
·Classes start strictly on time. Hence, be punctual in arrival in your class, as otherwise the faculty may not let you in.
·In view of extreme shortage of parking space, the students would be required to park their vehicles outside the premises.
·Use of Cell Phones is strictly prohibited inside the campus.
·Smoking is also strictly prohibited inside the campus.
·Wearing your Identity Card inside the Campus is a must. Make sure that you receive your Identity Card from the Library within 2 days of your arrival. Original fee receipt will be required for preparation of Identity Card.
·Attendance is compulsory in all classes.
·Mode of Communication to students is via Notice Boards. Once group mails are formed , the communication will be mainly via e-mails.
·Bathroom slippers are not allowed in the campus. For any formal function, like Guest lectures, University functions/ Inaugural sessions, etc. the dress code for students will be formal.

i see a lot of confusion.. my net wasn working so cudnt access pg..
yeah i got a call.. donno y they r saying they hve given only till 377 n stuff..

@avinav- by now u must have got a mail.. they had calld up on sat but sent d email on mon.

n ya i did nt take mq earlier so no upgradations coz of that..

This is my attempt at writing a "resignation letter". I hope others can use this to finally bid adieu to their workplaces..oketoungeb:

Hi Everybody,
Its been a nice couple of months spent on this thread, waiting and watching people get into NMIMS and other colleges; mulling over prospective converts and speculating Mr. Shinde and Shetty's future actions (Everybody seemed to discuss them more than the final outcome). But the time has come to bid a hearty farewell to all, for I have found another calling. I have thus decided to call it quits and gracefully "resign" from this thread. I hope all of you convert, and we do not met ever again here(For that would mean you are still trying). Feel free to send me a message anytime, although i doubt Goelbhai, Abhrabumba will clarify all your doubts more readily than i ever can.

I thank all of you for your ever extended support, especially man_on_mission. The dude and i have been cubicle buddies for so long, i can't seem to imagine another year of prep without him.

Didn't receive any mail till now.... although I was at 378. Maybe they just call and check out. Whoever's number is not reachable, they consider as not interested

Hey Kanant, Please hold patience dude.. This happened with us too... Most of the time they wont pick up the call.... 02226130858-- You can try this.. But even this may not work...
I will share my personal opinion (Formed afetr I went for admission to NM).. Though the college is a privately run organisation, it is GOVT body in every respect... From taking 1hr to crosscheck your attested documents... Keeping only one cash counter... Only Mr Shetty handling all the admission procedure for MBA students (Core and Sectorals)--> Mr shetty only will cross check the docs of all(Core and Sectoral) the people who are taking admission that week....Everything is so leisurely at NM ..
So dude, please sit tight,... I know how difficult it can be.. But we dont have any choice...

Sorry if I was a spoiler but whatever I stated was my first hand experience.
