i have never heard that before joining course u r not aware of fees for second year
it cant be that forst year u give 4.6 lakhs and next year they ask for more
its not possible
the case can be next year for 09-11
fees is fixed for a batch
please if u r not sure do not speculate unnecessrily and spread anxiety in ppl who are alsready qute tensed

I sincerely hope this analysis does not come true...and even if it is hiked by say 50% (for next year), it will be 4.6 + (4.6+2.3)=11.5...which still is in the range of the max fees charged in India(IIM-A) and with average pkgs increasing by atleast 20% every year, it seems like a fair deal!

Well I don't think the fees will be revised for our batch .. For they have already published this fee structure for the academic year 2008-'10. But I am quite confident that they are going to increase tis substantially from the next batch
Guess the NM people were caught off gaurd by the late IIM fee hike... It was like a slower deliver

No buddy amt will not b changed ...as it wld nt be differnt for any two pep takin d admission...
But if you r not confident enough jus give dem a call and ask abt the stuffs like mail n drafts related queries...

the fees for MQ is still the same i.e. 4,60,150. so don't worry mate. U got the call and no mail and i got the mail but no calls.

i think 34 seats are already filled so only two calls and one 307 guy will be upgraded so one more seat wud be empty
then rest all will depend on IIM results there are 1700 odd seats so 80 - 90% same students are contesting for those so these 1700 seats will be filled by selected students of MDI SPJ NMIMS etc and will create a big void in these colleges which will be filled by waitlisters and guys like us waiting close to the seat

so i think once IIM results are out waitlist movement wil be quite fast
i wish all turn up fine and all get their desired seats.
anywyas all this 6 months tenisons and pressure has started to groom us as managers

I also hope the same..But dude u must be talkin about Raunak(304),i am 307 & i am takin a merit seat on friday...ATB..

Hi sunny,

When you go to NM for admissions, can you find out from admission which all ranks b/w 300 - 380 have taken up MQ seats.. as they would convert to merit.. most probably.. and we can track the MQ movements.

Hi...had posted earlier that I will call up after 1...have been trying since then...the third/fourth time time the lady said: "The concerned person is not at her desk...gv me ur no....I will call u up and let u know"...and she did call up after some time and informed me that last MQ call was given at 529

She also mentioned that for the merit seat the last call was given to rank 308.

So guess wait is extended for another saturday/monday...
