Am no senior, but I know for sure that the Gujarati reservation has been scrapped from this year.....

last rank to convert prev yr was 448 after all the waitlists etc...gujju quota scrapped in 2003...but given the liberal rules laid out by aicte for fee refund u stand some chances for core...

HI

Had a written score of 91 with rank of 931 ( i think).
Final score of 112 with a rank of 325.
Have close to 4 yrs' of work-ex. Can't say how my GD PI went.
I live in Vile Parle (E). And guys, the rents are NOT cheap in vile parle. Besides, nmims is in Parle west, which is even more expensive. I live in a 1 BHK flat (abt 500 sq ft) and pay a rent of 14k, plus expenses on light, newspapers, maid and food. So calculate the total bill per month. And believe me, 14k is on d lower side, thanks to my benevolent landlady

. So hope u have done your research well. nmims is located in a very expensive area of bombay. Sigh.

I have to decide between nmims and iift calcutta. Have a merit no of 6, so hope can make it to iift delhi.

nt 2 mention d fall in classroom experience coz of undeservin candidates who hv made it thru..

Puys who dint make it... It was just a question of 2 hrs on dec 30... Its not a reflection of ur true ability... All the best for other options!

i had a wrtten score of 99 - rank 282
now rank has gone down to 382 with 110.5 agg.

with a decent gd and a good pi, and 6 months of experience.. m feeling so dejected.. this was d only call had and was banking so much on it.

guys do i stand any chance though have read last year till 450 ppl got core but i guess competition is increasing day by day.. so ppl wud be takng up whateer they get wont they??

dont know what to do now..
as per last year,merit list goes till circa 450 rank.
this year wud be same as the number of seats increased in iims..
i have a doubt..if i dont opt for MQ,when wud i called for Merit list(take last year trends)...Is it in April or may or june..

snrs or fellow puys guilde us in this aspect..

just wondering kitna time lagega..

with this rank i can even party..

You'll know your position after 26th Mar, when they're probably going to update the results of the candidates having lower ranks(me included)..... So just wait till then, and if you get through, start partying then.... because trends may or may not repeat, you never know.... Not trying to scare u, but just bringing u(and me) into reality
