A Pschometric test is one where basically same questions are framed in various ways...... I.e each question might be made in 10 different ways....n suppose der r 10 questions......each framed in 10 different ways.....den overall questions will be 100

EG....Ques : Are you a extrovert
Ques : DO u like being in a group
Ques: Are you apprehensive of approaching people
ques: DO you like to interact in a team or keep to youself


All these questions are trying to ascertain one quality only but are framed in different ways and questions will be jumbled up and placed randomly.

COmpanies / Institutes basicallly try to check whether you give same answers to similar questions or not to ascertain whether you are being truthful or lying

people lets keep updating about the gd and pi types for NIFT. I am concern about the ratio of selection and no of candidates called for interview.plz update.

I read somewhere on some site that for every seat they call 3 people so for MFtech where total seats are some 200 ...almost 600 people might have been shortlisted!! So all the best to all of U (i mean Us)!!
