Hi,
I've cleared NIFT's 2008 MBA entrance for MFTech. programme. Does anyone know when is the GD/PI going to be held this yr ? I'm yet to receive any intimation from the institution .... Kindly revert back asap as I'm seriously stuck up with this and am not able to decide if to take admission in other colleges where I've secured admissions as well ....

Hi Madhukar....Congrats for being shortlisted.
About the GD/PI dates I called NIFT Delhi and they still are not telling the dates....but say it will be in Mid may....I called afd as well and they also have the same info...so u will have to wait for dates....or try to call NIFT again may be they answer u

i tuk coaching from afs for my entrance xam....i have also clrd pearl...well i will be joining afs again for the preparation of gd/pi as atlst it will give some idea about the way gd/pi takes place.....

Well i think i might join AFS....i had called them that day and talked with Ms. Ranjana @ the Alaknanda GK-II center....she told me that they might start the batch by 21st ..but are still waiting for NIFT to give the dates for GD/PI. Did they give u any particular dates? And by anychance do u know if AFS has another center in South Delhi other then the one in GK-II....coz thats the only address on their site..if there are more centers which one are u joining

Will be waiting 4 ur reply...thanks again.... bye 4 now

The case here being presented, as per me is about cultural differences and how important it is for a global manager is to understand human differencess across the Globe or at least do a basic homework before venturing for any deal.
- I think for J - it is imperative to build relationship and a ground of common understanding first, and if that is there only then to move towards, getting into a partnership. which makes sense cos if there would remain any friction or clash of ideology

then, any project built on that friction is doomed from birth..
