as i told u, its not exhaustive... and will not have some names
as per the top listed guys as waitlisted, my guess says that those are OBC/Sc/St guys ... so that Explains ....... understand that an OBC waitlisted guy can get in If an OBC shortlisted guy opts out  .... and not if a general guy opts out....thats my understanding and hence they are shown as waitlisted.........
one of the interesting thing is that some good rankers dont have neither of d status (shortlisted/waitlisted)
@ rini - well u guys would laugh if i tell you how i got it...
this is sheer devils Hardwork
