I think..the guys should be answering this one..anyway, a plain/stripes shirt always preferred over checks for formals.. though am guessing, a difference of opinion might be round the corner

well my chex included everything formal except plains..

hey arpit....
check shirts however formal they may be.... might just not do the trick for very formal occasions. There.... plain shirts give off the required vibe... suiting the occasion. Im sure once our classes start... ur doubt will be cleared to a greater extent. till then ill advise, bring a couple of plain shirts.... rest toh i think you have a carton full of chex shirts.... hope this helps to clear ur doubt....

yeah, thats exactly wt was going on in my mind too..i meant formals for regular classes..
