One discrepancy that i saw was in the kolkata list.
Candidate with name Akhil had only IIFT interview call i think.

I am not sure myself.
I am assuming Changezeee highlighted them that way to indicate those ppl who did not attend fms/mdi interview after getting interview call. Possibly bcoz they had many iim calls.

Hey...

do not refer to the roll nos. in the second column

see the first column of s.no...highlighted snos. are those who have converted fms call or have waitlist around 50 and those who have converted mdi call or waitlist around 350..

the third column of names indicates ppl who have mdi call (just the call irrespective of convert or no convert)....so ppl who have not converted their snos. have not been highlighted in the first column....

the second column of roll no.s in the kolkatta list consist of ppl who have fms call(just the call irrespective of convert or no convert)

the second column in delhi list is bit messed up so dont refer that..

Im bit busy with the office work now...so it'll take some time for me to post the lists with a better presentation and clarity.....

Okay,
You have most of the info tht u can get about the rooms and the dhobi and the course etc..Just random bits:

* The CC has functional ACs- so when its too hot in the rooms you can always go sit there

* The loo being shared by 6 ppl seems v scary at first but then u get v used to it-dont worry-tht should be the last thing u guys shud be thinking about.

* The rooms themselves are quite spacious and sharing it with 2 other is not a problem at all-once u make good frnds with them which happnes like in the first 20 minutes or so :P

*For those who like to roam around and can somehow manage to find the time- del is an ossum place- very good places to eat in, to visit and see....Priya and saket are almost part of IIFT itlsef:P, most of us visit them so often.

*There is a monastry right next door- so those of you who like a moment of peace can always go there--its a v quiet and beautiful lil place..

* The classes are mad--a lot of heated arguments will happen- some of the brightest minds will fight out everything -from case studies to some tiny thing the prof said ...for quiet ppl like me-i just listen to all my batchmates speak and sit v impressed, those of u who like to argue things or have discussions- you will find ample poortunities to do tht.

* Group presentations / individual presentations happen in most subjects.

* You all will have netmail ids...all the slides taught in class will be mailed by the profs to ur id--the typical b skul way of doing business -nothing new there

And last but not the least- as I was telling one of my very IIFT-sick seniors the other day, the last one year has been the best in my life so far Hopefully u guys will be saying the same one yr down the line

so sad to miss the meet. but kya kare exam tha. am coming to deposit fees on 22nd. lets see if i can meet any of you guys/girls.

about the bathroom issue, i am in an NIT where 270 people share 27 dysfunctional bathrooms. 6 will be quite a pleasent change. hum hostel waale hain, life aisi hi hoti hai.

My roll no. has been highlighted by u.(thnx 4 the effort).. i am wailisted in fms-ft... will go to fms if i convert.. till then its IIFT kol for sure... -Rajat Sagar.
