Thanks @bonjour for posting your experiance...if you can, post more of your experiance like @harsh have done some posts before it would be quite helping for we aspirants...i mean to ask the stats kind of thing like the number of people present in your group and number of converts in that etc...what would be the winning mantra you would suggest for converting the call...also through some light on acads 605 criteria..how much importance does it carry?

Hii all..
Me too got selected for PGDM Navi Mumbai:happy:
I had my GD/PI on 12th april in Kolkata..

Our group was given GD topic: "Reservation in Higher Institution of Learning will affect the competition and quality in global market"
Thr wr 10 girls in my group and i was the last one..
Then the PI was vry casual.
Asked questions on academics, inflation, as a economist my views on it( as i m an economics hons.), RBI's initiative, my extra curriculars and sm other simple questions..

Only I was selected for PGDM General at Mumbai campus, one more girl got selected at mum campus but in HR, around 3 got selected for bangalore campus...Thats all I remember...

Rest depends on ur Gd performance and ur confidence.. so just be urself and do ur best..

One more thing it ONLY considers CAT/XAT/GMAT scores NO MAT/ATMA....
so have this in mind,,

Congrats for the only converts for ITM general in your group..what i would like to know is whether acads has been a priority in selection for ITm navimumbai campur. how was gs ,i mean the sene over there, your role and atmosphere over in gd, total timing of gd and all that....would be quite helpful for us if you post some more detailed information regarding the procedure..

well thr were 10 girls in my group..gd was vry noisy...i got chances to speak for hardly three time but i was able to make my point as most of the girls wr diverted frm the topic...
gd lasted for 15-20 min..cant tell exact timing..
interview was taken by the dean of mumbai campus...it was vry cooperative..
yas academics wr judged but i can b handeled...
rest ur confidence is counted..
abt mumbai campus..i think they r looking for more than 70%ile in CAT/XAT...academics throughout 60% and extra curriculars r given weightage...
hope i answered ur questions...even if smthng is left u can ask...

hi puys, i hv applied to itm on the basis of my xat score (86.77%ile) n my interview centre is delhi. my form reached itm on 26th march n the frst round of gdpi in delhi hpnd on 28th n 29th march so i obviously didnt gt a call for the frst round. called up to find out so the college guys said u shud get a call in the second round. i still hvnt gt a call. m jst scared tht sendin the form slightly late wud affect my chances.....anyone who hs opted for delhi as the gd centre n gt a call???

Thanks @tanu for the info....so is it so do we need acads above 60% to get into ITM, navi mumbai campus...this is where i hav most of my concern...what you say i have 1yr work ex.do i stand a chance for navi mumbai....very tensd these days..

@harsh...yaar still dont have exact date when will GD/PI take place even dont know whether i am short listed or not? but am sure i will get short listed but when i dont have any idea...coz i filled up the forms in the last week itself..let hope..
