Hi, Amit here. This thread are for all those guys who cracked MAT and are aspiring for jamna lal bajaj. So i would ask seniors to please contribute ur experiences of CET gd/pi and the probability of clearing it.

I have got 99.99% in mat dec as well as feb

well i am also an aspirant of jamna lal bajaj..
but i had no inkling that it accepts MAT scores too..
what i do know was it takes CET score and there is this huge quota of Maharastrians leaving a very few no of seats for general category students..
Now that you have initiated a thread on the same ( i presume there is no thread on jamana lal bajaja through MAT)..can you please brief me up on the procedure and the entrance exams score it considers along with the other requirements for the same..!!

hi friend

well it does take mat scores under OMS(outside maharshtra candidiates) and here is a catch.
it takes cat,mat,atma all score to be equal. so a person getting a 99.99% in cat or mat is same.

since last eyar it accepts all mat score but this year onward it wud just accept mat feb score. So if u get 99.97+ then u have a chance as ur score is converted to cet equivalent score of ur score in mat/cat/atma so a 99.99 in mat wud convert to the lowerst score of cet equivalent to 99.99% ie. if 60000 students gave cet, 6 wud get 99.99% then the lowest of those 6 score wud be given to anybody having 99.99% marks.

so it gives u a leverage.

u seem to have missed out mat, but i hope u do catch up in cet.

is it necessary to give feb MAT in order to get admission into JBIMS.Does it not accept DEc MAT score cos I m thinking to write DEC MAT.Will the Score in DEC MAT not be useful in getting admitted into JBIMS

If we go by with the last year... Dec MAT was not coinsidered for JBIMS.. I think the same trend would e followed this year as well
But I sugeest u take Dec MAT as well
It'll help u with ur NMAT preparations..
