I think we shudnt key in our IDs till we see "Results 2008-2010" instead of "Results 2007-2009" caption..This will only create panic and nothing else...
Wait is just for few more minutes..

When we click submit, it shows a message "Results will be displayed after the appointed Date and Time".
It means that results are not declared yet.
