I suggest we should not start new threads region-wise for call getters . I had started a thread for Pune people and the Mods closed it saying there are already other threads present on the forum :satisfie: So use the thread available

Regarding Prep for TISS :

WHY HR - this is one question I am sure many of us will have to face .

My Answer :
I am inclined towards HR as I like interacting with people and I believe I have good people skills and HR can bring out the best in me at the managerial level where these skills will come into play From the experience I have had at the workplace , I realise how important it is for employees to be motivated and happy in the organisation . Also I feel HR is the most important yet underrated department in an organization and with time HR will play a strategic role in the way organizations function and perform
