dont worri abt specializations as of now .... u choose ur electives towards the end of Sem 2, just bfore your SIP .... long way to go ..... this wud be happening in month of Jan 2010 for u guys ... so relax .... you have full freedom to choose any specialization u want .... even get to select if u wanna do core, major-minor or dual !!

no they are not increasing the batch strength for your batch to 1000 .... its expected to be around 600 !!!
