I got a final admission call from SIBM, Pune today. My score is 96.21. However I am not taking it up. So the w/l will move further atleast by one..all da best to the w/l puys..

I know someone with score 96.17 who got convert from SIBM Pune.
So puys below this score keep your fingers crossed.

And don't worry even if you dont get convert by 9th of June.

Hi All,
I am selected for SIBM(Bangalore). I really want to take it.
I am posting it here as I need some authentic advice(from any of the seniors).
I was intimated only on 5th June. I am almost 3 years experienced in an IT company and it has become almost impossible to get rid of the notice period even though i was willing pay back my notice period salary.
But I really want to take the offer. Now is it possible to show the joining letter, salary slips of all the months and resignation mail as proof my work-ex, as I am not finding any other way out ...Classes starting on 16th ....
Someone please help me out...........

One more point missed in the above post of mine.
I have the official work-ex letter till March 08 which I submitted in the interview.
Will this be considered authentic and good enough with all the supporting documents mentioned above, if a relieving letter cannot be produced?

Well mate... firstly, it's really difficult for any college to accept anything other than the actual relieving letter as experience because not only the college authorities but any employers after that will also need it. But then maybe I am wrong. In fact I want to be wrong for ur sake :-)... these companies are disgusting!

But if you are willing to pay the notice period penalty, the company cannot stop you. It must have been written in the joining letter. In my opinion, just mail the joining letter to your HR cell and argue with them that they cannot stop you. You can also threaten them that u'll sue them.
You don't have signed any bond... right?
