This is "sujit".can anybody tell me "how is praxis business school?".what was the XAT cut-off last year?.And the most important thing is it worth of spending 6lakh in a relatively new school.

This is Rajat Kejriwal currently in my 1st year here at Praxis Business School.
Its not only the Cut-offs that you should look for. Infact there are a few important factors you must understand

• Your entrance exam results
• Your performance in your undergrads and graduation
• Your extra-curricular activities
• Of course how you fare in your GD/PI

And as far as spending a sum of six lakhs is concerned, we are getting worth out of it. The faculty and subsequently their teaching is good and thats the most important factor in any B-School. So be assured that you will get what the accountants say-Return on your investment.

Hi,

This the first batch of the Bschool. We are students of first batch. We are still in the first year. but I can tell you about the summer placements.

1. Summer placement has already started and the responce from the corporate have been encouraging.
2. companies such as HP,CTS(USA),Saint-Gobain(Thailand &india),Pilkington,Godrej,Sara-lee,Union Bank Of Switzerland and many more companies that i cannot disclose have already recruited (and some r on the line) from our campus.

and i would like to give you one advise do not judge the Bschool based on salary. Judge based on the academics.

mice to c u ppl helping out the feshers....one thing i can vouch fr is that wth cp sir there in praxis u can b sure that it is going to go places..infact i was among the frst students to b selected and was also a part of the frst student meeting held in ims kolkata along wth the faculty....bt then dfs came along and i joined it..wd love to hear hw thngs are shaping up at praxis....bset of luk guys...

i ve got 95%ile in cat with 2 yrs workex....

i a interested in praxis only bec they give imp 4 workex....

i am bit concerned abt d fee & placement....

Hi ram (sorry didn't get your name)

It is natural to be concerned about d fees & placement.

But let me inform you will get the returns that would be n times of your fees. I am able to tell you that as I am with the B School. Academics is what you require and we have that.

And do not worry about the placements. We don't see any problem in that, you can check and correlate, we are really doing well for the summer placements and you can check the same on website. and i have also mentioned in the thread below.
