a few contribution from others will help us greatly......
Thanks for making up the list hurricane.I am sure it will help a lot. This year at the end moment junta was just desperate for any kind of clue on which questions are based. This definitely helps a lot.

I did some searching and here are the answers to some questions that you were not sure of -

1. which of the following is the oldest trade union in India? i marked AITUC.
It is Correct

2.Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is an association of business organisations in India.
CII The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led and industry-managed organisation, playing a proactive role in India’s development process.
Am not really sure which of them qualifies as union.

3.which of the following is not a member of G-20
Japan

4.I think if Bangkok was an option in ASEAN countries then it definitely is ruled out as it like saying that Delhi is a member of G20

The rest of the answers are i think correct.
Seems you got quite a toughies in your bag.
All the best man

Let us see if we can get more...

I also have some questions on social entrepreneurship to add to list...

For future aspirants and guys who haven't been going through these threads this is one stop for the TISS 2008 exam.(Something similar to the SNAP repository (SNAP 2007 Actual Questions Repository) -we will make sure these questions never fade from memory and all exams are accountable for what they ask)

Here is the pattern

20 questions on VA n RC ,
10 question on social n contemp. issues
15 questions on QA,
5 on DI

Part-2 HRM
5 questions on a case study
15 questions on QA(12)n DI(3),pipes
30 questions on business GK

So all in all 40 questions in GK
The 30 questions in quants were sitters with a 25/30 possible
8 Q on DI were again as straight forward as it gets
20 Q on verabal were a tad tricky

So all in all it boils down to the last 40 questions of GK.
Here is a list of all the questions with verified answers from various sources.
The questions that I have missed or was unable to find the answer for, can be added as i get the help from puys. For the moment i have just used the reference key words instead of full questions. Will keep editing as i get updates.

Apostle bhai poori post hi quote kar dee ?
(interesting id by the way) ,
easier way ,(i think elegant too) ,is to just highlight the question in discussion...

Anyways CRISIL is a debatable question but five seems to be the most agreed answer until and unless someone posts a link to the contrary.

And for question 8 we have all heard answers as china, south korea and india .(And i marked JAPAN !!!)
So unless we have some concrete web link we can't say for certain. So can you help us in this ?

the question was (more or less)that which one of these is not a part of finance managers's external communication ?
1)MD
2)Share holders
3)Customers...

We said MD is the answer because he falls under the internal communication channel while all other were external customers...

Still this might be just one of the intrepretations...

Guys got hold of this analysis by PT and i think it's quite close to the mark.

And it also helps us to complete our forty quetions in the HR program.
Some of the questions that we had written in short form have also been written fully.I think this is some real good work from their side !
