ya most probably this case wont come again...but we can share our views on d same... A manager has 2 potential candidates for promotion. First candidate has 5 years of work ex and is very good at his work. The second has joined just an year back and is quite enthusiastic. Manager had an obvious choice of the person with 5 year work ex, but the person told the manager that he is HIV+. Now the manager is in confusion and group had to dicuss and reach a consensus whom should the manager select. so u ppl come with ur good points n suggestions...thanks.. |
As the personn suffering from HIV has enough exp. to back him up and is good at work too so he should get the role of a manager as long as he is capable and can do it effectively. As leaving this person will effect him negatively and he will be demotivated.
as the new joinees is quite enthusiastic and can learn well in the mean time in case of emergency and can be used as backup.
