but there are only 25 seats for each specialization (leaving 5 for mgmt quota )

So total will be 100 ... then how come they are giving admins to 103 people

I believe there is a strong case for ppl with even merit rank of 120 in group D to get selected.....the following are the reasons

the guys who are in top 50 in group D are also amongst top 50 in atleast A\B\C .....So these guys got multiple calls.....and there is fair chance that they will opt for grp A\B\C leaving grp D seats for others.....ppl paid rs 950 to attend gdpi for these grps.......so i assume atleast 20-30% guys are interested in capital/phama/actuarial........so atlest 10-15 ppl are going to opt out of grup D thus paving ways othrs....

as results for most b-schools are out.....ppl may prefer joining other bz school for core mba.....here i m assuming atleast 8-10 seats will be released.....

der might b other souls who are freshers/appeared for the first time and they got through in NMIMS sectorial....they may want to give another try for cat to get into even better b-schools

Y dont u call up the admission department for such queries instead of adding on the posts...i am sure they are the best people to answer such fees related technical questions.

Hey buddy,

my case is similar to yours. My final score after gd/pi is 96. Merit rank 235. What do you think are the chances...??
For me it was quite a disappointment as i was expecting a good score considering my performance in gd/pi and 2 years of workex. I'm interested in banking. Is there any possibility of getting admission in merit/open quota. Is management quota worth applying...??? What r ur thoughts.......
