Well i believe anything above 45 rank would stand little or no chance.. really.. am not tryin to discourage any one but just being realistic.. Even my rank is beyond reach i feel.. am at 61 (subject to change tomo) although i had a good leap from 97 to 61 post gd/pi...

Hi All,

Is anyone going to take the edu loan for the fees?? I tried to inquire reg the loan stuff in variou bank at my home town, it seems it takes min 10-15 days to get the approval and final sanction...!!! Also the year end bank closing make the situation worser...

Reg the bank that were suggested in the adm letter are all based in Mumbai.. How cud people staying out of mumbai avail this facility because for that we need to cum this week itself may be on 2nd and sit there to get things done (1st being bank holiday).....!!!!!

I dont know whats the use of giving such stiff deadlines for the students...

I am little confused here ... do rank given to us are group ranked or specialization rank?

I mean, in grp D there are four specialization ... so my rank 158 is in specialization i applied or is it rank in grp D irrespective of specialization?

One query regarding payment .... do they accept AT PAR CHEQUE instead of DD? bcoz it's little risky to carry DD of such amount in case if it got lost ?

me 2 ve d same query dude!! i can cme oer 2 mumbai nw cuz my final exmz r underway!! moreover wt i wntd 2 knw wz whether d bank brnches dey mentioned(juhu - vile parle), wil dey approve d loan immediately or wil dey too take sme time oer dis???

i had been to nmims a day after the results were declared ..a lady there at the office told me that fr group D ppl upto rank 103 have been given guaranteed admission provided they get the dd along on their respective dates..nd frm 104 merit rank onward starts the "provisional admission". can anyone approve of this...(has any student between 1 to 103 got a provisional acceptance)...my rank fr group D is 151

They have mentioned clearly for the DD ... I am sure No cheque will be accepted
