summer project are mainly market research based.
70% of the batch got summer placements from college side and rest of them got thru there sources but landed in very good companies (bharti, bajaj)
your experience is less than a year so it will not make much of a difference but some questions will be asked by interviewers.
in services u have marketing/hr/operations/finance on one side and hospitality and healthcare on the other. hospitality sector is very demanding with very less pay but healthcare sector gives goods remuneration.
moreover in long run ur marketing/finance specialisation will be more important.
there are some step motherly attitude towards sectoral but it shouldnt be much of a problem for u as u have work ex of less than one year u should get in range of 8-9 lakhs but forget 10 lakhs salary due to the core ppl attitude.

was offered services and retail,joinin nmims in services.(free seat)
i m lookin fr accomodation,rented flat,any1 interseted?
i think hostel is nt value fr money,rit?

CANT SAY MUCH ABUT PLACEMENTS
nm is a chill out college so no problem regarding workload studies.
mumbai is pretty expensive and nm lies in a posh area. but still cheaper alternatives are available (very few of good quality
