NM charges are not 85000 /annum, it is 85000 for just 10 months :frown: So for the 2 months (when we would be doing our summers internship) we would be asked either to leave (with luggage) our rooms or pay extra 17000 for 2 months (this 2 month duration should be somewhere 15th-Apr to 15th June every year.

i believe chances are bleak of convertting it finally.
can any1 tell me hw to approach fr mgmt qouta?
whts the total expenditure of course thru mgmt quota?
is it worth joinin(leain my current job)?

one can look into NM hand book for hostel, it clearly states the hostel is 13KM away from campus
so opting for private accomo.

it's double the normal course fee ... you need to contact NM office ,,,,

I read many ppl are afraid to opt for banking bcoz no placement record are available ...

I think this is more of a fear than reality .... Indian economy is booming & banking is backbone of economy ....

with banks like SBI, BOB going global & foreign bank like CIti & HSBC increasing their presence in India, I strongly believe, salary in banking will be almost at par with other sector, in fact they might be more since it's a sunrise industry & there's shortage in market for talented people
