A few questions on the jmet results, maybe some seniors who know can answer...

1) Is the Ranking inclusive of the non-qualified people...meaning if some one has a rank of lets say 2000 and is qualified ...will there be someone with a rank of 1700 and not qualified?? If so will we ever know our ranking among the qualified ones...?

2) Does one have to blindly apply to all IITs or are we to follow some eligibility guidelines based on the rank?
