Please provide some info:

1. infrastructure
2. placement (avg and lowest). Also mentioned in the broucher something about placement abroad.
3. Fees.
4. As the fees is too high. plz. provide some info. on the industry acceptability , future prospects (like brand name)
5. admission criteria. Rank required, etc.
6. Faculty.

And any info. you feel would help the aspirants

this is tanmoy.i have my interview on 13th of feb this year.i am interested to opt for ibs kolkata.could you tell me some thing about the infrastruture and placement.like what type of profile one get .
I am not getting a good feed back sboutt he placement for the curent batch.i heared that this time the placement goes as low as 1.75 lakhs.could you throw some light on that.

i got selected to IBS kolkata, i have only one query ; where will i put up in kol,does the college provide any assistance in finding PG.what do you guys advice as u have already been there and seen everything.i have friendz also in kol.please advise and one more thing,college will provide free laptops,i dont want it,i want to carry mine,will the college allow and if not , of what make and configuration , laptops they provide? kindly reply!!

hi just wanted to share my experience with you all in my orientation programme after our ibsat in ibs kolkata as i had opted for. The institute is good...nice building...n all..all was good except for one thing....when the power point presentation was going on there ws a letter that was distributed by one of the students of ibs kolkata writing things like...the institute takes in 4/5 th amount of the fees..of hyderabad one and the placement has not been like 50 percent also....the letter had clearly stated things that went totally against it and in the speech given by one of the seniors...there was a clear mistake sayin that if u have a score higher u can opt fr gurgaon ...otherwise u will get kolkata........u know this went on to being a very big reason tat day that many of the students there did not opt fr it.......

placements r nt good everywhere dis yr.....evn in IBS hyd as i hav heard...bt as IBS told the placement season will be extended...till all the students r placed...m also told......they r looking smaller companies....situation ll improve in 2 years time..well m taking admission...in dat
