Hi puys....congratulations on getting ibs kolkata...we'll as far as i can say since im frm kolkata that its a good college with decent placements records...as far as the fees are concerned it is same for all the 4 ibs located..and moreover the placements are good everywhere...provided u r in the top 50 percent of ur batch...so..joining the college is not a concern in all the the four ibs's but its more of how good u perform in the batch..and ur SAP inducted training n stuff...take care...byeee

hey guys don't worry its a gud institute provided u go and do well there certain things are not gud abt u but it all depends on your performance and hard work like it is not aicte approved and taking 8.25 lakhs also this year it's faculty has been hired by iift and it will recruit new lecturers and no hostel facility so it will cost u 2 more lakhs ................also its avg. package is 4.5 only..........so guys i believe its not a gud institute but not bad also

Hi friends, I've heard some faculty members in IBS Kolkata are really good. But the placement is grim.:sad: As of now it is totally stopped. But still I am joining, coz I hope when our time comes the situation will be much better, coz it was good in earlier years. Did anyone send the draft of 80,000?

I WENT TO THE IBS CAMPUS THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS NOT WORTH PAYING 8.5LK BUT FACULTY IS GOOD , I HAD A TALK WITH AROUND 40-50
STUDENTS THEY ALL SAID THAT ITS RISKY INVESTING SUCH A HIGH AMOUNT FOR AN MBA FROM IBS KOL, BUT THEIR Are SCHOLARSHIPS AND STUDENTS GET THEM REALLY,AND PLACEMENTS THIS YEAR ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING PLACEMENTS ONLY AROUND 100 STUDENTS ARE PLACED TILL NOW AND MANY HAVE OPTED OUT OF PLACEMENTS AND MOVED TO THEIR HOMETOWN IN SEARCH OF A JOB BUT THINGS WILL NOT BE SAME FOR US WHO WILL BE JOINING SINCE INTAKE WILL BE QUITE LESS THIS YEAR TO AROUND 300 ODD AND THE ECONOMICAL SITUATION WILL IMPROVE OVER THE YEARS SO I M THINKING OF JOINING AND TAKING RISK AMID MIX REACTION FROM EX STUDENTS
