hello prof,
Could you give me an idea about the cutoff marks needed in each of the sections to get a call from SIBM and also the overall percentile required. Also is there accomodation for all the students on the campus?
I have 2 years of work experience in the BPO industry. Will that count?
Thankyou

Hi,
I thank you for your interest in SIBM. Actually there would be a minimum cutoff for all sections to get a call this time.

Hi Kavita,
I thank you for your interest in SIBM. There will be a minimum cutoff marks for each section this year to get a call. From June2008 SIBM is shifting to our campus at Lavale and there will be hostel facilities for all students. As far as work ex in BPO industry is concerned you will have to convince the interview panel on the suitability of this experience for an MBA graduate.
Regards,
Pranab. Quote:

Hi Prof ,
Wat I understand is SIBM shall have sectional cutoffs this year .Does tht men students shd devote almost equal amount of time on all sections ??
My apprehension is tht none of the snap colleges ever had sectional cutoffs and even this year only SIBM has so .So most of the ppl mite be tempted to take the test as an overall score and not sectional scores ;thus the sectional cutoffs may be varied by a large margin over sections .Thus someone who takes it as equal time for all sections mite end up on the loosing side(coz he shall have good sectional scores but an avg overall score) .Plz advise and also if possible can u give a tentaive curoff for sections or maybe atleast the minimum tht the cut off cud be for sections .
