Are we supposed to send a self addressed envelope.?

Do we need to get the admission ticket attested by the gazatted officer? Last year we got it attested. I think it was not mentioned anywhere in the brochure or application form. Please throw some light on this issue. Just about 1 week left to send the application form. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi,
I submitted the form and got the p/o of hall ticket. But the print out doesnt cover the righter portion of page. I tried the printer setting to landscape then it got prointed in 2 pages. anyone faced same problem.

No, only the draft & admit card.

No attestation, please read the instructions carefully. You have to sign on your photograph.

Confirmation: Portrait gets cutoff from the right side.
Landscape fits in well in 1 page. Please ensure that whatever format you use, the admit card has to be in 1 page only. I sent in a landscape.

Thanks I made some adjustments to Landscape and printed in one page. My 2nd query is
In the work ex detail, column, i wrote jul 2005 as start date but left the end date blank as I am still working with the same organisation. Also, the form got submitted and I could generate the hall ticket. Is it fine to leave the end date as blank. Or shud I call the admissions office to confirm the same. Also can i make an icici bank draft?

i forgot to sign on the photograph in online form..... though have put signature in the space provided.... will it create a problem??????? plz help

The end date in your case should have been mentioned as : "Till Date". Don't leave fields incomplete. Anyway, since form's been submitted, you cannot do anything about it, Confirm from admissions office.

Yes, you can send draft on any bank as bank name has not been specified, you can read this :

Signature on photograph is mandatory. If you've despatched the admit card, telephone the admissions office seeking clarifications. They may require you to send in a fresh admit card with signature.
