I totally empathise with ppl who feel they have been short changed by SCMHRD but puys come on .. this is nt the end of it.... U hv SIBM which doesnt take profiles into consideration so a lot of vagueness is taken out of the equation.
Whatever u did in SNAP is all that matters doesnt it....
Besides, when we talk about profile based calls we cannot merely dismiss someone's profile bcoz of a lower score. Profile is an ambiguous term, to say the least, and who knows wat different ppl look for in a profile. Inspite of ur wonderful performance overall u mite still nt have made it bcoz somebody did it better than u... Come on is it that difficult to accept... I can call myself "Einstein" but tat doesnt really count rite ???
Just sit back and wait for SIBM to get their lists out. The selections and rejections must be more straight forward in their case.
